Consultation Fee

Consultations for all skin treatments and injectable procedures are free of Charge. However, when booking appointments, a £25 deposit is required. This is fully refundable at the consultation or can be put towards a treatment cost. 48 hours’ notice MUST be given to cancel appointment. Failure to give the required notice will automatically result in the £25 deposit being non-refundable to you.

Appointments

In order to offer our clients prompt and convenient appointment times you will be asked to pay a £50 deposit at the time of booking an appointment (including free consultations).

Failure to give the required notice of 48 hours will result in your £50 deposit being non-refundable to you.

Missed Appointments

This includes failure to turn up to your appointment or arriving late to your appointment so that your consultation and/or treatment cannot be carried out. Failure to give the required notice will result in your deposit being non-refundable.

Missed review appointments

This includes failure to turn up to your appointment or arriving late to your appointment so that your review and/or further treatment cannot be carried out. Failure to attend your review appointment will result in the forfeit of this appointment. You will not be offered an alternative review date. If you are unable to attend your review appointment, 48 hours’ notice is required prior to your appointment. Please note that a review appointment can be no later than 28 days after your original treatment date. It is your responsibility to ensure you are available if your treatment requires a review. All review appointments will be made on the day of your original treatment.

Cancellations

If you are unable to attend your appointment we require 48 hours’ notice in order to reassign your appointment to another patient.

Treatment prices

Our listed prices are a guide and subject to confirmation at the time of consultation. Prices are subject to variation without prior notice.

Advertised offers

This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Management reserve the right to refuse any promoted offers for any treatment. Any offer codes must be quoted at the time of making the initial appointment.

Treatment Course Discounts

We understand that paying for courses of treatments is often impractical. Here at Serenity Aesthetics we allow you to buy into a treatment course (chemical peels, micro-needling for example) on a ‘pay as you go’ basis. You may however choose to pay for your course of treatment upfront. Payment is taken for each treatment when it is received and any advertised discounts will be deducted from the final treatment(s). All treatments must be taken within twelve months of the date of the first treatment unless being agreed beforehand with your practitioner. Any treatments which have not been taken by the first anniversary of the purchase date will be forfeited. All courses of treatments are non-refundable and non-transferable. If however you have paid for a course and are unable to complete the course for medical reasons, we will make a refund to you calculated by deducting the full list price of all treatments taken, including those forfeited for non-attendance, from the total price of the course of treatments paid for and refunding the difference. In the event of short term/temporary side effects such as reddening, bruising, swelling, mild burning or blistering, hypopigmentation or hyperpigmentation as well as rare side effects such as scarring and permanent discoloration we do not offer a refund or transfer of payment.

Recommend a Friend

We would love for you to introduce your friends to us and recognise this by offering an unrivalled referral scheme to both you and your friend in doing so (see below*). This promotion is open exclusively to UK residents aged 18 and over. Discounts are not valid in conjunction with any other offers. Discounts are excluded on consultations and skin care products. Your friend must be a new client with us. To benefit from the discount, your friend must have and pay for a treatment within 6 months of being referred. You (the introducer) will receive any discount off your next treatment once your friend’s first treatment has been carried out. Your discount will last for 6 months and is valid against one appointment only. There are no limits to the number of referrals an individual can make. Cash or other alternatives will not be offered.

For each referral, you will receive 10% off your next treatment and so will your friend.

If you want a highly professional & honest service, Serenity is the place to go! They follow regulations on safety and never rush. These talk everything through and are transparent about their products and how they use them. They have medical qualifications & do not offer dangerous treatments. Lovely experience every time!
